Finding Internal Peace

Meditation in its best form is simplest. In order to quiet the mind we will follow a simple set of techniques, this will include breath work and visualization to bring peace within.

People with all level of experience welcome.

We will be sitting on the grass, so comfortable clothing/something to sit on is advisable. I will confirm the week of, as its weather dependent.
